DZL Chain grate Biomass fired steam boiler

DZL type boiler is a horizontal three pass water fire tube type boiler.

The drum inside was layout two bundles of fire tube, it layouts the light pipe water wall in both sides of firnace. Combustion adopt light type chain grate for feeding fuel automatically, also collocate the induced draft fan, forced draft fan for relizing the machine draf. The fuel drop from feeder on the grate automatically, then follow the grate enter into the furnace and burning. The smoke through the combustion room of back arch and enter into the first bundle tube arrive at the front smoke box, then return into the send bundle tube and arrive at the back smoke box, the forced draft fan draf the smoke into the flue, dust collector and chimney, finaly discharge into the atmosphere.

The boiler has the high automation level, boiler feed water regulate automatically, higher - lower water level alertor, extremely low  water interlock protection, induced draft fan and forced draft fan interlock protection. Has the complete auxiliary configuration, boiler feeder, clean ash ect operation automatically.

Fuel: biomass pellet, wood, sawdust, stalk, rice hull, bagasse etc biomass materials.
